Yogurt – a dairy product produced by bacterial fermentation of milk.


My passion for yogurt began when we concocted the formula in one of my college science lab classes. It was weird to eat from something that spoiled! After two weeks of waiting, the experiment needed to be tasted. I didn’t think it would taste that damn good sweet and tangy. From then on, I started my love affair with yogurt – in cups, as drinks and in soft-served style.
